Personalized Items

  • For personalized items, if your order has been placed for more than 24 hours, we cannot accept cancellations or refunds.

 

  • If you need to modify the design, please contact us at support@Velunor.store.

 

  • Order modification or re-production may incur additional fees.
    Please note: The return address is not the same as the “ship from” address printed on the package you received. We reserve the right to deny liability if the package is returned to the “ship from” address.

General Returns

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. Orders returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

  • We accept returns for products shipped by us only and if the item is defective or incorrect due to our error (e.g., wrong item, poor quality).

    All returned items must include proof of purchase.

Non-returnable Items



The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

 

  • Intimate or sanitary products

 

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt of your returned item.

 

  • We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

 

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

 

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Partial or Late Refunds

  • Unsuccessful Delivery: Returns are not eligible if delivery failed due to customer error (wrong address, unavailability) or loss due to local security conditions (confirmed delivered by carrier).

 

  • Partial Refunds: If your order contains multiple items, refunds will be applied only to the defective item(s).

 

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 2-5 business days to post to your account. If you haven’t received it yet, check with your bank or credit card company.
